Statistics is available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Apple Watch does not include Statistics.
Charts
Section titled “Charts”The chart can show Count or Time, for Day, Week, Month, or Year.
On Apple Vision Pro you can view the chart and reset or export. The full session list is on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
Sessions
Section titled “Sessions”Show All Sessions lists your sessions. You can:
- Open a session for details
- Add a completed session
- Delete a session
- Show or hide incomplete sessions
Streaks
Section titled “Streaks”A streak counts days with at least one completed Flow. Rest days keep the streak alive, but only days with a completed Flow increase the count. Complete at least one Flow every three days to keep the streak going.
Full streak details require Flow Pro.
Tags in statistics
Section titled “Tags in statistics”With Flow Pro, you can filter statistics by tag.
Export and reset
Section titled “Export and reset”Export saves completed Flows as CSV… or Text….
Reset Statistics deletes all session history. This cannot be undone.
